I've had the same issue and found a workaround Apparently chrome relies on shared memory which is mounted on /dev/shm

@sonyarianto I was experimenting the same issue on Chrome 60 and adding --no-sandbox flag solved the problem.

Looks like in windows command line it's %cd% instead of $(pwd) and in Powershell it's ${PWD} I can boot up my windows 10 instance and see.
